1. Exclusive Membership

• Single Group Membership: As a member of Flooring Plus, you cannot be part of another buying group. This helps maintain the integrity and benefits of our exclusive offers.

2. Confidentiality Agreement

• Confidential Information: All details about our buying group, including operational methods and price lists, are confidential.
• No Sharing Policy: Sharing this information with non-members, or using it outside the group, is strictly prohibited.
• Post-Membership Obligation: If you leave Flooring Plus, you must still keep all information about the group, including pricing and structure, confidential.

3. Membership Fee

• Joining Fee: There is a one-time fee of R8,000 plus VAT to join Flooring Plus. This fee is necessary to access the exclusive benefits and services of our group.

4. Acceptance of Terms
